Step 01 You fill out your questionnaire
A short but meaningful set of questions that helps me understand your brand, your goals, what you feel is and isn't working, and what you're hoping to get clarity on. This is where I start to learn more about you and your brand before I ever look at your social media or website.
Step 02 I go deep into your brand
For roughly 48 hours I do a full in-depth analysis of your social media presence and website. I'm looking at everything, your visuals and vibes, your social media post and website copy, your content, your products or services, how it all fits together, what's working even if you don't see it, and opportunities for growth.
Step 03 We meet for your 90 minute call
This is where everything comes to life. I walk you through everything I found, the strengths, the gaps, the opportunities, and the specific things I'd focus on if I were you. This is a real in depth conversation. You can ask questions, get real advice and feedback, and think out loud. The call is recorded so you can revisit it anytime.
Step 04 You receive your PDF summary
Within 48 hours after our call I’ll send you a full PDF summary of everything we covered, your strengths, your opportunities, your recommended next steps, and the recording of our session. Something you can keep coming back to as you implement.

How long does the whole process take?
Most clients complete the full experience within 5 to 7 business days depending on when they return the questionnaire and book their call. Once I receive your questionnaire I begin the analysis within 48 hours.
Will the call be recorded?
Yes. You'll receive the full recording along with your PDF summary so you can revisit everything at any time.
What if I only have Instagram and no website yet?
That's okay. We’ll work with what you got! Even a social media presence gives us plenty to analyze and build from. The review will help you understand what your brand needs next, including if a website makes sense for where you are right now.
What happens after my review?
You’ll leave with a clear picture of your brand, specific next steps, and your full PDF summary and call recording. Some clients implement on their own from there. Others find they want to go deeper and move into The Brand Blueprint to build everything together. Either way you'll know exactly where you are and what to focus on next.
